About Us

Our organization was formed in 1975 from the joint efforts of C.W. Dean & Associates and the present members. The initial direction of our efforts was the design and supply of process equipment for the manufacturing of basic chemicals and feedstocks. Over the years the group gathered lines that presented solutions to the going concerns that were dealing with environmental issues of their day. The company has enjoyed relationships with manufacturers that have matured and adapted to the needs of our client base. Working out of two offices, the MidSouth region for the company includes Arkansas, Tennessee, West Kentucky and the northern half of Mississippi.

We are part of essential industry serving food and basic chemicals.
